Accommodation and Registration Fees
The organizing committee of ICAAM made every effort to keep participants’ expenses at the meeting, registration fees, and hotel rooms as low as possible. We decided not to take the registration fee, but only the accommodation (hotel) fee, and negotiated affordable hotel rates.
Thank you for your interest in ICAAM. We received more submissions than planned so we moved the conference to a new location to accommodate our needs. The previous hotel is not capable to accommodate our needs. The new location is:

| Double Room (Full Board) | 110 €/day |
Full Board includes coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel fee includes the welcome gala.
Participants who stay outside the hotel must pay a daily external participant fee.

The external participant fee includes coffee breaks and lunch.

If you didn't make the payment yet, the hotel will allow us to complete the payment on-site.
If you didn't contact us yet for accommodation, please reach out to us as soon as possible mesuturun [at] gmail.com so we will complete the reservation on your behalf.
